Signature and Extension of New Main Collective Agreement 2022-2025
The Minister has approved and extended the collective agreement to non-parties.
Dear Employer,
The new, 2022 Collective Agreement was published in the Government Gazette on Friday, 14 July 2023.
A copy has been loaded on this website and can be accessed via this link. Sincere thanks to the hundreds of employers who have voluntarily paid the new rates since 01 November 2022. The increased rates published in the new Collective Agreement will therefore not require you to implement any rate changes. For employers who did not implement an increase on 01 November 2022, the new rates will be effective from Monday 24 July 2023.
