Exemptions

This document is the official Application for Exemption form issued by the Building Industry Bargaining Council (Cape of Good Hope), (BIBC). It allows employers or individuals to formally request relief from specific provisions of the BIBC Collective Agreement, as permitted under the Labour Relations Act.
