Employee Benefits

In keeping with our mandate, the BIBC has established and administers the following Employee Benefit Funds for employees within the building industry, who are covered by the Collective Agreement:

• General Funds (Bonus and Holiday/Leave)
• Medical Aid Fund (only for artisans)
• Retirement Fund (including death and disability benefits)
• Sick Fund
