Dispute Prevention and Resolution
As key to the mandate of Bargaining Councils, to promote labour peace in the industry, the BIBC is accredited to facilitate dispute prevention and resolution processes on behalf of the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation, and Arbitration (CCMA).
Types of disputes
The BIBC provides dispute prevention and dispute resolution services for matters of both right and interest as defined by the Labour Relations Act and included in the Collective Agreement.
Who may use these services?
Dispute Prevent and Resolution services and advice is available to both the employer and employee.
Qualified personnel are on hand to answer any questions you may have and assist within the ambit of our mandate.
