All employers within the BIBC jurisdictional area must be registered
Why should employers register?
When employers are registered with the BIBC, they subscribe to standard rates of pay and employee benefits. This allows for all employers within the jurisdiction of this bargaining council and in accordance with the Collective Agreement, to compete fairly across the industry.
When must employers be registered?
Every employer in the industry who falls within the registered scope of the Council must register with the Council within 14 days of commencing operations.
