Employee Banking Details

Ensure that your employees’ banking details are correct on the BIBC system

Dear Employer,

Leading up to the year-end processing of Holiday Pay, you need to ensure that your employees’ banking details are correct on the BIBC system.
You can now view employee bank details directly on your eesi©2.0 portal under the ‘Employee Management’ tab. If you require a report, navigate to the ‘Reports’ tab and select ‘Employee Bank Details’.
Please note:

  • The ‘Employees Without Banking Details' report displays only the HF number.
  • This report can be exported to Excel for your convenience.

Empl Bank Details

There are two options available to you to assist your employees who have changed their banking details since their last payout in December 2024:

Option 1: Submit the documentation on behalf of your employee(s). Email documents to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Option 2: Employees can visit any of our offices to update their banking details.
Required Documents:
1. Bank confirmation letter or bank statement ( in the employee’s name and not older than 3 months).
2. Copy of a valid ID document.

The deadline for EFT updates is 14 November 2025. Where bank details are submitted after this date, the employee will only be paid in the next payment cycle, i.e. at the end of January 2026.
