Good Standing

This document is the official Application for Exemption form issued by the Building Industry Bargaining Council (Cape of Good Hope), (BIBC). It allows employers or individuals to formally request relief from specific provisions of the BIBC Collective Agreement, as permitted under the Labour Relations Act.

This document is an Application for a BIBC Certificate for Tendering and Quotation Purposes Only. It is a specialized form issued by the Building Industry Bargaining Council (BIBC) to allow inactive or new employers to bid for work without being excluded due to a lack of recent active registration history.
