Overtime - When does it get paid and at what rate?

An employee will be paid in accordance with clause 18 and 19 of the Collective Agreement.

All time worked more than the number of ordinary workings hours on any day shall be overtime.

Overtime is calculated at 1.5 the hourly rate, except on a Sunday when it must be paid at 2 times the normal rate.
