Publication of the names of pension funds and employers with arrear contributions.

The purpose of this Communication is to inform members of pension funds and relevant stakeholders of the names of pension funds and employers with arrear contributions in direct contravention of section 13A(3)(a) of the Pension Funds Act, 1956 (Act No. 24 of 1956) (PFA), as at 31 December 2023.
