Attention all Employers and Employees.
In terms of our Collective Agreement and Clause 3 specifically, participation in strikes and lockouts is prohibited.
We however, place the cover letter from the Department of Employment and Labour dated 08/10/2024, and LRA Form 9.2 on our website, for the attention of active employers and employees.
